About Us

Renderplas was formed in the UK in 1990 to offer the plastering industry a new concept in beading. We are the leading exponent in the field in the Northern Hemisphere, so it made sense that we would venture downunder to deliver our quality products to Australia.

Why did we start making beads?  Well, we set out to address the shortcomings of traditional profiles by designing a range of beads in PVC to suit the Australian market. The key benefit of PVC beads is that they use the most cost effective, non-corrosive, materials.  So this means that you get robust, plasterer friendly, beads at a great price!

Our products are designed with the narrowest arris (edge) on the market, making it ideal for scratched or scraped render finishes. The clean lines we produce are very popular with major house builders.

Our beads are available in a cream colour called Sand or White to blend with most coloured renders.  We have a selection of eleven other colours too: Ivory, Brick, Terracotta, Wheat, Peach, Salmon, Maize, Slate, Dove, Sky, Willow.

Used internally, whether in conjunction with solid plastering or drywall products, they will not stain during lengthy drying out periods and offer superior protection against impact in heavily trafficked areas.

Renderplas PVC beads conform to both the British Standard (BS) and European Standard (EN): BS EN 13914–1:2005 – External Rendering.

By specifying a Renderplas PVC bead, the problems associated with traditional beads and the aggravation of costly callbacks are avoided.

All of our profiles can be downloaded for AutoCAD users here.
