Our PVC bell­cast beads, drip beads and trims are spe­cially designed to be fast and easy to cut and fix on all walls that have tex­tured ren­der coat­ings, spray ren­der and acrylic ren­der fin­ishes on masonry, cement board or insu­la­tion board such as expanded poly­styrene.  PVC beads and trims reduce impact dam­age by dis­si­pat­ing knocks, and the fin­ish looks great.

 

Appli­ca­tion

PVC bell­cast beads, drip beads and trims are used at or above damp proof course (DPC) level and win­dow heads to allow rain­wa­ter to drip clear of the under­ly­ing substrate.

Pack­ing

Our range of PVC bell­cast beads, drip beads and trims come in the fol­low­ing packs:

25 no x 2.5m lengths in fibre­board boxes.

25 no x 3.0m lengths in fibre­board boxes.

Fix­ing

A con­tin­u­ous line of ren­der dabs or adhe­sive mor­tar is rec­om­mended to pre­vent PVC bell­cast beads sag­ging whilst dry­ing out. Mechan­i­cal fix­ings can be used at each end and in the mid­dle. Alter­na­tively, nail a tem­po­rary bat­ten to sup­port the bell­cast bead or drip bead.

Colours

Cur­rently Ren­der­plas PVC bell­cast beads, drip beads and trims are avail­able in Aus­tralia in a cream colour called Sand.  Upon request bell­cast beads are avail­able in a fur­ther twelve colours (White, Ivory, Brick, Ter­ra­cotta, Wheat, Peach, Salmon, Maize, Slate, Dove, Sky, Willow).
