Corner Beads (Angle Beads)

Our PVC corner beads, angle beads and PVC corner trims are specially designed to be fast and easy to cut and fix on all walls that have textured render coatings, spray render and acrylic render finishes on masonry, cement board or insulation board such as expanded polystyrene. PVC beads and trims dissipate knocks reducing damage and the finish looks great.

Application

PVC corner beads, angle beads and trims are used on all plastered or rendered corners, reveals and external angles to ensure a straight edge and to offer protection against impact.

Packing

Our range of PVC corner beads, angle beads and trims come in the following packs:

25 no x 2.5m lengths in fibreboard boxes.

25 no x 2.8m lengths in fibreboard boxes.

25 no x 3.0m lengths in fibreboard boxes.

Fixing

Use a line of render dabs which can be simply applied or mudded on to the substrate. If mechanical fastenings are used to fix PVC corner beads, angle beads and trims, these must be stainless steel when using the beads outside. If fixing a CB4 or CB6 corner bead or angle bead with nail clouts, ensure care is taken to not distort the PVC beads out of shape.

Colours

Currently Renderplas PVC corner beads, angle beads and trims are available in Australia in a cream colour called Sand. Upon request corner beads are available in a further twelve colours (White, Ivory, Brick, Terracotta, Wheat, Peach, Salmon, Maize, Slate, Dove, Sky, Willow).
